If you need to cancel or change this reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service .

To ensure the best experience during your facial, we recommend:
- Arriving a few minutes early to settle in.
- Avoiding exfoliation or intense treatments for at least 2 days prior.
- Letting us know about any recent skin or health changes.
If You’ve Booked a Discovery Session
For the most accurate skin assessment via our Observ digital skin imaging, please arrive with completely bare skin — no makeup, sunscreen, or creams. Ideally, wash your face at least 4 hours before your appointment and avoid applying anything afterward. For best results, we recommend leaving your skin untouched the morning of your visit, so we can see how it naturally behaves without products.
